PROTEST MARCH BY KOLKATA JOURNALIST AGAINST ATTACK ON SCRIBES

Webdesk, TNI Kolkata 14^th May, 2016: Kolkata media personnel here took out a protest march for condemning the attacks on of journalists in Malda yesterday and also killing of media personnel at Bihar and Jharkhand. The protest march was attended by almost all the media personnel covering journalists from print, electronic and digital media. The march started from Calcutta Press Club. Almost all of them carried placards and sporting black batches condemning the killings. The main demand of the journalist was to take immediate action against the culprits and ensuring the safety of the media personnel.
